The location was great, near the Civic Hall. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean room. Good breakfast with cold options. Value for money.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff were very welcoming, and despite reviews I had read we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of our room. The hotel appears to have had some refurbishment recently and out room was clean, comfortable and quiet, there was a good range of options for breakfast. It was very convenient for Ramsons, across the road and our reason for our trip to Ramsbottom! Perfect if you are looking for a cheap and value for money room.

the location is fantastic, right in the centre of town, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. the staff provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly cooked options. a great experience.
I did notice that there were a few maintenance issues in the room, such as a faulty blind and a shower door that was hanging off. These minor inconveniences didn't detract too much from my overall stay, but they could be improved.

Quiet and peaceful. Room was comfortable yet basic. Hairdryer plus tea & coffee making available. Shower poor - just a trickle. Lovely breakfast with personal service, as we were the only ones in the dining room! We enjoyed our stay.
The lack of power in the shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the centre of the town was perfect, especially for attending a wedding at the nearby civic hall. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were also pleased with the ample parking space available behind the hotel. Furthermore, the staff provided a warm welcome and the breakfast offered was excellent.
Can't fault the property in any way. The hotel itself was lovely and had a nice character.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as we have friends in the area. It is in the centre of town, so is very convenient. Our room was very clean. The young man who greeted us when we arrived, was very attentive, in fact I think he made our breakfasts too.
There is a public bar in hotel and the chairs were absolutely filthy dirty, infact it put us off eating in the hotel. There was a group of us staying there. It's a pity there isn't a residents only bar/lounge. Also in our room there were roller blinds up at the window and the cold permeated through them as they were (nice) but old single glazed sash windows, a pair of curtains and a table lamp would of gone a long way to making the room look cosy & welcoming. It wouldn't stop us staying there again. If we had another function to attend in Ramsbottom.

Central location to town centre
As it was a Saturday night, the bar was very busy with young local people, very drunk & staying until after closing time when the noise moved to outside. The chairs in the bar were very stained & dirty looking. As residents it would have been preferable to have our own area away from the public bar
